NA Digital Distribution Coordinator

We are seeking a North American Digital Distribution Coordinator to support the operational, analytical, and creative needs of Radial Entertainment’s digital streaming distribution business across North America. This role sits at the center of digital distribution and our platform partnerships strategy. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, curious about content distribution, comfortable interpreting data, and proactive in offering ideas, whether improving workflow efficiency, refining metadata and rights tracking, or proposing title selections for genre-specific programming opportunities.

A successful coordinator in NA Digital Distribution is organized, analytical, and creative, with a genuine interest in how content reaches audiences. They are comfortable operating across both the operational and strategic sides of the business, able to manage details while contributing thoughtful ideas. This role is ideal for someone proactive, collaborative, and precise, who communicates clearly, takes pride in accuracy, and thrives at the intersection of strategy, operations, and marketing.

Reports to: Director, North American Digital Distribution
Exemption Status: Non-Exempt
Pay rate: $27/hr - $30/hr
Paid Time Off: Holidays, Vacation, Paid Sick Leave, Personal Days

Work Location: Remote (must reside in metropolitan New York), optional hybrid available if NY-based


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Avails Management

  • Oversee monthly and custom client avails, including pulling, validating, and organizing title availability from the rights database into clear, client-ready materials.

  • Maintain accurate lifecycle data by entering and updating title statuses in the rights database and keeping related sales avails trackers current.

  • Coordinate partner title selections with internal teams (e.g., technical operations, marketing) to support downstream workflows.

  • Analyze historical partner selections to identify gaps and proactively include high-value or missing titles to maximize library distribution.


Data Tracking, Interpretation & Workflow Optimization

  • Maintain internal trackers, submissions lists, trackers and performance documents with a high standard of accuracy.

  • Interpret partner performance data and internal reports to help surface trends, opportunities, and areas for optimization.

  • Proactively identify inefficiencies or gaps in data organization and propose improvements to tracking systems, templates, or workflows.

  • Provide administrative support for quarterly business reviews and internal presentations.


Programming & Creative Input

  • Assist in curating title selections for genre stunts, seasonal programming, themed collections, or specific platform partner asks.

  • Support the development of pitch materials, programming decks, and promotional recommendations.


General Team & Administrative Support

  • Support ad hoc research, competitive analysis, and special projects as assigned.

  • Manage internal documentation, shared drives, and team resources.

  • Assist with travel coordination, scheduling, expenses, and ad hoc department needs.

  • Manage and streamline the EVP of Sales’ calendar, coordinating key meetings, travel, and priority commitments.

  • Oversee annual scheduling and administrative logistics for all sales markets, ensuring smooth coordination across regions.

  • Support onboarding of new teammates on tools and systems when applicable.


SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

Required

  • 1–2 years of experience in digital distribution, entertainment operations, marketing, or related field (internships welcome).

  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.

  • Ability to interpret data and extract meaningful insights.

  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and solve problems proactively.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong communication skills across internal and external groups.

  • Proficient in Excel/Sheets, PowerPoint/Slides, and general database or content-management tools.

  • Genuine interest in content distribution, digital strategy, and streaming platforms.


Preferred

  • Experience with digital platforms (AVOD/FAST/SVOD/TVOD) or a rights/avails management system.

  • Comfort managing large datasets or complex trackers.

  • Curiosity about content trends, platform merchandising, and digital programming strategy.

  • Comfort working with reports and analyzing basic sales or performance data.

  • Enthusiastic and knowledgeable about a wide range of film and television content, supporting effective work with a large and diverse title catalog.
