Senior Coordinator, Office of the CRO

We are seeking a Senior Coordinator, Office of the CRO, to serve in a key role supporting Radial Entertainment’s Chief Revenue Officer and our global sales and distribution organization. Supporting a team of approximately 30 across multiple markets and territories, this role sits at the center of the CRO’s priorities, driving operating rhythm, cross-functional alignment, communications, and the execution of strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate is a strong organizer, a clear and polished communicator, and a sharp operator who can translate leadership priorities into action, anticipate what’s next, and keep a global team connected and moving in the same direction.

A successful Senior Coordinator is trusted, discreet, and highly organized, with sound judgment and a bias for action. They move easily between the strategic and the tactical, preparing the CRO for a key partner meeting one hour and tightening a team process the next. This role is ideal for someone who communicates with polish, builds strong relationships at every level, uses AI and modern tools as a natural part of how they work, and thrives as a force multiplier for senior leadership.

Cross-Functional Coordination & Special Projects

  • Serve as a key liaison between the Office of the CRO and internal partners, including Finance, Legal, Marketing, Technical Operations, and Content teams.

Communications

  • Internal company: Draft and coordinate Sales and Distribution communications to the broader company, including organizational announcements, business updates, and content for company-wide meetings.

  • Internal team: Own communications to the ~30-person global Sales and Distribution team, including regular team updates, all-hands agenda and content, wins, and key priorities, ensuring consistent messaging.

  • External key partners: Support the CRO in preparing communications for platform partners, licensees, and key clients, including correspondence, meeting follow-ups, and executive talking points.

  • Presentations: Develop polished, executive-ready presentations for leadership and board reviews, quarterly business reviews, partner pitches, and industry events and markets.

  • Maintain a consistent voice, tone, and Radial ethos across all communications, and manage a communications calendar for key moments.

Team Operations, Culture & Enablement

  • Manage onboarding for new team members, including tools, systems, documentation, and introductions across the organization.

  • Drive team engagement and culture initiatives, including offsites, team meetings, recognition programs, and connection across global offices.

  • Own team resources, shared drives, documentation, and knowledge management, ensuring information is organized, current, and easy to find.

  • Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and champion AI-enabled tools and automation that increase the team’s efficiency and effectiveness.

Executive & Global Market Support

  • Manage and prioritize the CRO’s calendar, ensuring time is aligned with strategic priorities and coordinating key meetings, travel, and commitments.

  • Oversee annual team scheduling and logistics for global sales markets and industry events (e.g., MIPCOM, Stream TV, etc), including meeting schedules, materials, and travel.

  • Coordinate travel, expenses, and budget tracking for the Office of the CRO, partnering with Finance on team spend.

  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with the highest level of discretion.

Skills & Qualifications:

Required

  • 3–5 years of experience in a chief of staff, business operations, strategy, executive support, or senior coordinator role, ideally within media, entertainment, or a sales organization.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to draft polished communications and executive-ready presentations for audiences ranging from team members to senior leadership and external partners.

  • AI-native proficiency: demonstrated, everyday fluency with generative AI/LLM tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Microsoft Copilot) to research, draft, analyze, and automate work, paired with sound judgment about accuracy, confidentiality, and responsible use.

  • Outstanding organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities, deadlines, and stakeholders across time zones in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong business acumen and analytical skills, with the ability to synthesize data and complex information into clear insights and recommendations.

  • Sound judgment, high emotional intelligence, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

  • Self-starter who anticipates needs, takes ownership, and drives initiatives to completion with minimal direction.

  • Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint/Google Slides, Excel/Google Sheets, and collaboration and project management tools (e.g., Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Slack, Asana).

Preferred

  • Experience supporting a C-suite or senior sales executive, or working within a global sales, licensing, or content distribution organization.

  • Familiarity with the digital distribution landscape (AVOD/FAST/SVOD/TVOD) and the film and television licensing business.

  • Hands-on experience building AI-enabled workflows, such as custom GPTs or agents, prompt libraries, or automations (e.g., Zapier, Power Automate), that improve team productivity.

  • Experience with CRM, BI, or reporting tools (e.g., Salesforce, Tableau, Power BI, Looker).

  • Background in internal or corporate communications, strategy, or management consulting.

  • Experience planning team offsites, events, or company presence at international markets and festivals.

  • Genuine passion for film and television and how content reaches audiences around the world.
